I love sunsets. The way the final rays from the sun play with the sky and paint it with a sudden burst of color, like the Sun's parting shot. Watching them near a lake or a beach makes the experience much more richer. Nature is splendid, I don't think I will ever get enough of it. Let go

This is what our brain sits on, the cranial base, isn't it amazing!

As you can see, there are many bones and joints (sutures) that make up the cranial base. Did you know these bone actually breathe?

Within Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, the practitioner is still and calm in order to listen and observe these minute movements that the tissues, sutures and bones make by using a very gentle hand holds (like above). I also tune into the rhythms of the motion and mobilisation to sense what health and motion is available and notice any patterns or restrictions within or around the structures.

These patterns and restrictions can be caused by injuries, surgeries, sudden or prolonged emotional stress and even birth experience from long ago. They can present themselves as aches/pains, hormonal imbalances, sinusitis, tmj, ear ache and anxiety to name a few.

With gentle awareness, presence and support, these patterns within our systems can let go and release.

I needed a session after my wisdom teeth extraction and I feel a lot more calmer and the pain had reduced. There was a subtle shift during the session which felt like my head was able to be more spacious and relaxed and heat came off.

So grateful to my practitioner for her space and time.

Bliss.

I guess a little intro is the thing “to do”. For those who actually read posts.

Recently home from an amazing trip to the Tucson gem show and ready to keep beading. Creating. Evolving.

I currently live in the beautiful City of Las Vegas. I am a Dental Hygienist of 15 years...whose body can only handle 3 days of scaling.

We move around often due to my husbands profession in Professional hockey.

Relocating is often exciting, scary and challenging...and after 8 moves...id say Im “ok” at it 😂

My most recent move I could not work for an entire year. So based on my obsession with the beauty of Malas...I took up jewelry making lessons!

My best friend bought me my first Mala...followed by a Mala making kit...and along with hours of lessons...learning tricks and techniques. I found a new hobby. Started a small biz!

About my pieces:
-all one of a kind
-all made with semi precious stones
-majority are Prayer pieces made with 18,27,54 or 108 pieces (excluding spacers and Focal stones)
-each piece is Moonkissed (bathed in the full Moon light)
-hand made with a ton of love
-created, never copied by myself
-all come with a gem card explaining some of the wonderful qualities of the stones that make up the piece.
-I love creating custom orders ❤️ I Meditate...but not always. Sometimes not even often. If you like something...I feel like you have the right to wear it for function or simply for fun. Things dont need to be complicated. Life is complicated enough! There are NO RULES. Its ok to just like that something makes you feel good. However if my pieces motivate you to find the peace and clarity that comes with Meditation I highly encourage! 🙏📿 Thank you for liking, reading, looking.
